General introduce
APP 50 is one white powder without smell that is one excellent no- halogen inorganic fire retardant for water-based Coating. After dissolved into water, it become transparent or light-yellow liquid that is not combustible , toxic, corrosive and pollution. APP801 solution PH value is neutral , so it is stable during the mixture with other type additives.
APP 50 has high content of P-N. The correct proportion improves the performance and synergism.
Applications
APP50 is widely used in coating to treat wood, fiber board, paper, bamboo, cotton etc product. A fter the treatment, there is no change on appearance color and mechanical property.
During heating, the treated part is just carbonized on-site but not fire to spread that will prevent from fire accident .
A.Cotton, fur, felt, Polyamide fiber, Terylene etc textile treatment
Make 20-50% APP 50 solution and dipping 5-10 minutes. Natural dry or hot air dry.
B.Fiber board, wood treatment
Spray 20-50% APP 50 solution on the surface 2-3 times, Natural dry or hot air dry.
C.Paper, carton box, wall paper treatment
Spray 20-50% APP 50 solution on the surface 2-3 times, Natural dry or hot air dry.
APP 50 solution can be dry 60-100 ℃ . T he user can decide the best dry temperature and time by testing.
