General introduce
APP is one white powder without smell, APP has high thermo stability and does not produce corrosive gas during combustion, it is one excellent no-halogen inorganic fire retardant in plastic and rubber industry.

FIRE RETARDANT
APP1000 grade has high polymerization over 1000, good thermal stability and low moisture absorption. It has also good performance to reduce smoke and toxic gas, anti drop etc. So APP1000 is widely used in plastic and rubber, such as PVC, PP, PE, PU, UPR, rubber, fiber, paper, cloths etc.
 APP1000 is widely used as fire retardant in intumescent coating, painting, adhesive and sealants etc that is normally 10-20% rate.
In PU rigid foam, APP1000 has high performance of fire retardant, size stability, hydrolysis resistance and thermo stability. It can tremendously reduce the produce of gas that is poisonous and corrosive.
 In the paper, wood and cloths etc. that contain Cellulose, APP1000 had good performance as fire retardant by rate 15-20%
In intumescent fire retardant, APP is good for smoke suppressant and anti-drop. It is easy to disperse in polyols. APP has better performance in polyols PU. Normal dose is 5-20%.
APP degrade to phosphate and ammonia in nature that is easy to be absorbed by plants as nutrients.
APP can be encapsulated by Melamine to get better flow ability and performance. Moreover, the product is covered by surfactant to reduce the dust so that will improve the clearance during the usage and protect worker.
