General Use Instructions
ABVN is white crystal, soluble in alcohol, ether and organic solvents, insoluble in water. During heating, it decomposes to release Nitrogen gas, sometime cause Cyanide substance. ABVN as a 10-hr half-life in solution at 52 °C (126 °F)
ABVN is widely used as high efficient initiator in PVC suspension polymerization in low temperature, also in PAN (Polyacrylonitrile), PVA (Poly Vinyl Alcohol), Acrylics( Sheets) and resin, organic glass etc polymers.
It is also used foaming agent in rubber and plastics.
