General introduce
APP is one white powder without smell. APP is a polyphosphate containing nitrogen and phosphorus. According to the degree of polymerization, it can be divided into three types: low poly, medium poly, and high poly. With the increment of polymerization, the water solubility will decrease. When the polymerization is under 20, the good solubility had APP become one excellent fertilizer in agriculture with high content P and N elements.
Advantages
1、High efficiency of P element: Low polymerization APP has high solubility in water that can improve the content of P element in liquid fertilizer. APP has good safety for crops. Because APP is crystalized under low temperature so that it is not absorbed directly by crops, APP will be slowly hydrolyzed to Orthophosphoric Acid and dip into the soil, then it will gradually supply P element to the corps for long term that will improve over 3 times on the efficiency of P element in the fertilizer.
2、 Chelation: APP has obvious chelation with metal ion, so it is used as inorganic chelating agent with some micronutrients to enhance performance. Some micronutrients show further higher solubility in APP solution than in Ammonium orthophosphate solution, but APP cost is lower than some organic chelating agent.
3、Stability: Currently, some solid water-soluble fertilizers are easy to agglomerate, swell and change color after long term storage, and solution fertilizer happen precipitation and expand the vessel etc., but the water-soluble fertilizer base on APP can excellently avoid all these problems.
4、High solubility: Now drip irrigation system is developing to high level automation with the technology improvement, so it needs the fertilizer own better and better solubility to avoid block by contaminations. The fertilizer base on APP can solve into water over 99.7% and by quick speed that will never happen block.
5、PH value ： A PP fertilizer PH is about 8-8.5 that can improve acid soil.
6、Foliage Fertilizer: APP can be made into Foliage Fertilizer that normally contain Urea, KCL, ZnSO 4 , Borax, MnSO 4 , CuSO 4 etc. chemicals. This fertilizer has high content of nutrients, no-toxic, anti-disease, low cost etc. properties, which can be easily used into kinds of soil and crops.
